Summary:
Evaluates, develops, designs, and plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities. Develops labor cost analysis, evaluates worker productivity, and implements improvements to the process.

• Develops, designs, and plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
• Develops labor cost analysis, evaluates worker productivity, and implements improvements to the process.
• Develops and improves workplace design
• Initiates and evaluates plant project requests through cost justification analysis.
• Evaluates opportunities for efficient utility utilization and cost reduction.
• Establishes and implements a process to prioritize projects within the plant based on economic return.
• Evaluates and executes time-study techniques to establish labor standards.
• Works with the maintenance leadership and staff to plan and prioritize maintenance projects as well as options and cost.
Notes: prefer fresh pork or beef processing experience (kill facilities) – or related manufacturing experience.
Highly qualified candidates (prior pork or beef fresh kill plant processing) possibly could live in Kansas City area - where our corporate office is located.
