APPLICANT MUST HAVE CURRENT OR RECENT FOOD/BVG MFG EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

Qualifications/Education:

·          Bachelor’s degree from four year college or equivalent degree from technical school.

·          Three to four years related experience in field.

·          Attention to detail and accuracy in work required.

·          Ability to work well with others and high personal qualities.

·          Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal.

·          Thorough knowledge of operating systems word processing, data spreadsheets and lotus.

·          Must have basic algebra skills.

·          Ability to make quick and intelligent decisions effectively.

Summary:

·          Efficiently and effectively manage the packaging of product to ensure top quality is achieved.

·          To implement policies and procedures so that high quality is maintained.

·          Recommend improvements in operating procedures and working conditions.

·          Plans, directs and coordinates activities of workers to meet product standards.

·          Work with Hooper and Schneider packaging equipment.
