This position would be responsible for but not limited:

Managing bread production supervisory staff

Interfacing with all departments

Managing approximately 115 hourly employees, 8 supervisors and coordinate all manufacturing activities with other functional areas, with a focus on improved quality & performance.
Position Requirements

7-10 years management experience,

Minimum of 3 years baking industry related experience.

Bachelors Degree or AIB residency required
