APPLICANT MUST HAVE DAIRY EXPERIENCE,
8+ YEARS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
AND MICROBIOLOGY EXPERIENCE

• Plants Quality Manager initiatives and operate as the local subject matter expert in application production division Quality Execution and Quality Assurance policies, programs, and systems

• Drive people development within the plant Quality Execution Department, including hiring and promoting for success, technical/functional training, leadership development, and performance management

• Educate plant personnel on, and assure the plants are compliant with Quality Systems, including record keeping, laboratory execution and product grading, quality alert effective s, hold and release protocols and COA compliance

• Actively partner with plant personnel in troubleshooting quality execution deficiencies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures to eliminate recurring quality problems

• Maintain preparedness for customer and regulatory inspections and product recalls.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Food Science, Dairy Manufacturing or related discipline with a minimum of eight years of proven quality experience.

• Must be willing to help support a 24-hour operation, and have strong technical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
