Current Production Manager is retiring..
Bread production is a must, someone who is big on safety training and has a great safety background for their team, very hands on, needs to know how to adjust a dough.
We need someone who really knows how to manage people!
We have 3 lines, about 150 employees in production, must have union experience (BCT and Teamsters are our production unions), has 4 production sup reports. Reports to the Plant Manager.
90K and a strong benefits package
