| RESPONSIBILITIES |
Processing Development Engineer with a minimum of 5 years Food or related processing experience with a BS degree in Food or Chemical Engineering. Must have a proven track record in innovation or process related improvement projects.
Ideal candidate will have experience in dairy and tomato based products and be extremely familiarity on the technical procedures required to produce these products in a hygienic environment. Frozen food experience would be great, but not required.
Individual will be responsible for designing processing sauces, pastas, proteins, cheese packets, and vegetables. He/she will work side by side with development team and chef in sauce and pasta processing on the bench and in the pilot plant. Must be able to independently design and conduct processing experiments and translate learning's to factories. He/she will develop and implement new processes at copackers or company
factories with the development team
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and culinary understanding.
