| POSITION | MAINTENANCE MANAGER |
| RESPONSIBILITIES |
The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction, training and support to all Maintenance Mechanics across three shifts. This position will also assist all production Supervisors in producing a quality product in the most efficient way while building working relationships with all departments. This position will report directly to the Site Operations Manager
DUTIES:
1. Create an environment of teamwork within the maintenance department.
2. Develop mechanics technical skills to improve performance.
3. Implement a preventive maintenance program.
4. Support input aspects of team based work system and show a positive attitude at all times.
5. Handle daily scheduling of all repairs.
6. Order maintenance parts and supplies.
7. Participate in all daily operational meetings.
8. Develop a work history on all equipment to find trouble spots.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Previous Supervisory Experience
5+ years experience in leading a maintenance department
Experience in a food/beverage processing environment strongly preferred.
Budgeting Experience
Excellent People Skills
