| RESPONSIBILITIES |
- The successful candidate will have three to five years' experience of shift management, within a manufacturing facility.
- Candidate will provide a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, and business ownership, through leadership, communication, and coaching.
- Candidate will review, analyze, and discuss, production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconforming product specifications, and operating of production issues.
- Requires knowledge of good manufacturing processes and food safety.
- Must have shift flexibility and be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
