Qualifications 

·          We have great opportunities for an experienced professional to manage quality systems in our market leading organization. 

·          This position is responsible for quality programs in support of the Dairy Systems and Flavors business unit and will have expertise in food safety programs, Good Manufacturing programs and vendor assurance. 

·          The professional we seek will also have demonstrated the ability to manage the customer inquiry and specification acceptance process as well as perform vendor audits. 

·          As a manufacturing partner, candidates will develop raw material and finished product specifications and provide process improvements to ensure the success of product scale up.

 Education and Experience

·          The ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge of QC and QA procedures and systems (including SQF) with a broad understanding of physical, chemical and microbiological sciences. 

·          Must have strong communication skills with experience in Statistical Process Control. 

·          A Bachelor’s degree in a related science or technical field with 5-7 years experience in the Food or Flavor industry is required.
