ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1) Ensures efficiency and production by sampling and inspecting finished product, ensuring equipment and machinery function properly, ensuring ingredients and supplies are provided and monitoring employee production levels. 30% L
2) Maintains a safe and productive working environment by maintaining and repairing equipment, realigning production lines as necessary, providing safety training for personnel and monitoring the checklist. 30% L
3) Supervises personnel by assigning work schedules, providing counseling to resolve problems and monitoring work activities. 30% L
4) Performs other duties by completing various reports and paperwork and performing other duties as assigned. 10% L
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education:
Work requires knowledge of a specific vocational, administrative, or technical nature which may be obtained with six months/one year of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency. Community college, vocational, business, technical or correspondence schools are likely sources. Appropriate certification may be awarded upon satisfactory completion of advanced study or training.
Experience:
Over one year up to and including two years experience is required.

Certified Forklift Operator’s License
Hazardous Materials Certification
Valid Driver’s License
