One of the most challenging and exciting positions with our company is that of a Production Supervisor. As a Production Supervisor you will need to:
- Learn complex job processes
- Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and employees
- Meet production schedules in order to achieve business goals
- Manage up to 125 employees
- Develop leaders among line employees

- Hold people accountable for good job performance through positive feedback and discipline
- Understand the "big picture" to impact others
We are looking for people who can successfully motivate, discipline, manage conflict, evaluate performance, present, plan, assess, communicate, problem solve, make decisions, follow up and improve processes.
We require candidates have a 4 year college degree, the ability to relocate and the desire to develop themselves to be ready for further advancement.
