| RESPONSIBILITIES |
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Supervising installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment
Developing proper preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment functions according to specification
Complying with safety and environmental regulations
Supervising maintenance personnel
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
5 – 7 years experience in the food industry
4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
Ideal candidate will have Retort processing experience
